How quickly can you lease my property?
Most properties are leased within 30-45 days depending on pricing and condition.
What types of properties do you lease and manage?
Residential, commercial, multi-family, and mixed use. We also manage Air BNB's and short term rentals.
For commercial properties, zoning and use may extend our typical rental window.
Do you lease/manage properties outside of Maryland?
Yes. We manage properties for owners located throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Washington, DC.
How are maintenance issues handled?
We hold a $150, per property maintenance deductible. Maintenance issues below $150 are automatically approved and paid for by the deductible. Except for cases of emergency, maintenance issues above $150 are discussed with and approved by the Landlord.
All maintenance is documented and coordinated through structured vendor processes.
We do not "upcharge" vendor maintenance fees.
